The story behind the image
Here’s another image from my time at BenQ Siemens, the joint venture between BenQ, the Taiwan electronics manufacturer, and Siemens mobile phones, the (former) German mobile phone giant.
I did this shot just for my own leasure to have a souvenir for the time when I would be old and BenQ Siemens had conquered the world. Well, we all know that this did not happen. But at least my prediction of becoming old was right. Ha!
It’s interesting to see the Google chart as of 20/07/2006. The stock price has increased 11x from August 2006 to April 2023. Oh my, if only I had invested into that stock back then!
