The story behind the image
During our trip to Paris, France, we did a lot of the things tourists do in Paris, from climbing the Eiffel Tower and visiting the Louvre to cruising the river Seine on a guided tour.
One evening saw us walking along the Avenue des Champs-Élysées, probably one of the best known streets in the world. There were many tourists (just like us) but they distributed nicely across the long and wide street.
I took this image close to the Rue du Colisée crossing. The Samsung S21 did a fabulous job capturing the high contrast between the setting sun (right behind the Arc de Triomphe de l’Étoile in the back).
I know, I know, there are 100,000s of similar images. Now there is one more – and I like it. 🙂
