The story behind the image
In 2006 we joined my father-in-law on his yacht for a two-week trip cruising the Danish part of the Baltic Sea. We stayed for one night in Fåborg. The vibrant city has a beautiful historic center that is just a short walk away from the harbour.
I captured this nice morning scene right after getting up. I think it’s always exciting to wake up and see calm water with reflections under a clear blue sky. The warm glow of the morning sun created a nice contrast.
