The story behind the image
Here’s another nice shot from the Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany. It shows the illuminated core of the giant Ferris Wheel at the Theresienwiese. Animated lights create the illusion of sunbeams emerging from the center. Shot against the light blue sky of the early evening, it’s a captivating piece of art. In my view, anyway.
