The story behind the image
While we were in Stirling, Scotland, we also visited Stirling’s principal church, The Holy Rude, which has been serving the community for more than 500 years. It has several beautiful stained glass windows and a rare medieval timber roof that has been carved from solid oak, held together entirely by oak pegs.
So, yes, Sterling, its castle, and The Holy Rude, are must-sees when you are in the region.
