The story behind the image
The former Neubiberg Air Base has been closed 30 years ago and was turned into a public park. This is a heaven for people looking for relaxation, from runners, cyclists, and walkers to artists and photographers.
As part of the park, there are two beach volley ball fields as well, and on Sunday we enjoyed the first really warm spring day to practice our volley ball skills. While I was watching Petra and Clara play, I noticed a little ladybug that relentlessly crawled through the sand at the border of the field.
I especially like the colors of the image and was (once more) stunned by the image quality of my (now old) phone.
