The story behind the image
Lobster is one of the specialities in the maritime provinces of Canada. So we did not eat Lobster a cuple of times during our stay in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, but we wanted to see the biggest lobster in the world! Well, it can be found in Shediac, New Brunswick and has been crafted by Canadian artist Winston Bronnum. While it is not the biggest one, it certainly belongs to the top five statues celebrating the animal.
I like this shot for the blue sky, dramatic angle and vivid colors. A strong wind blows the flags in the background, adding another colorful eyecatcher. Nice.
