The story behind the image
It had been our first day at the Etosha National Park in Namibia. A few hours before we had entered the park, and we had experienced the first exciting sightings of wild animals already: Cape Vultures, Zebra, Springbok, Gemsbok, Kudu, and more. And now we were slowly making our way towards the Halali Camp where we would spend the night.
While you are driving the National Park, please take your time to admire all of the park’s beauty. I guess many people would have simply passed this Pale Chanting Goshawk sitting on its tree, watching us and its surroundings with eagle’s eyes (well, with goshawk’s eyes). Distances in the park are not that huge, so you have all the time you need to enjoy the beauty of the park.
