The story behind the image

Yesterday I shared an image of a fisherman in a small boat on Lake Garda, Italy. Here’s another image of fearless fishermen. And while some may say that Lake Garda does not need a lot of bravery (and I’d disagree) these two guys are truly fearless. I captured them at the Irish west coast near Bray Head on Valencia Island, probably one of the most western points of Ireland.

The sea is the Atlantic Ocean which can get very rough, and you can see this when looking at the surface of the water. Apparently, a strong wind was blowing, and in the distance waves were clashing against the Kerry Cliffs.

Yes, I admire and appreciate the hard work of fishermen around the world. Keep up the good work!
