The story behind the image
I really do not remember where I shot this photo but it appears within a set of slides of our drive following the coastline of the Applecross Peninsula. The weather had gotten better by the minute, and this wide-angle shot shows the magnificient view across the Inner Sound.
Of course, I love the restricted color set showing all shades of blue. Blue sky. Blue water. Plus some clouds that add structure and (light) drama to the sky. Minimalistic, sure, but still awesome.
