The story behind the image
As soon as we had checked-in at our hotel in Las Vegas, the Treasure Island, we went on a discovery walk. It was late afternoon and the sun produced that beautiful soft light that dips the scene in deep, warm orange colors.
I did my first shot in Las Vegas from the pedestrian bridge right in front of the hotel: a view into Las Vegas Blvd South with the mighty tower of The Venetian, The Harrah’s and Caesars Palace in the back. I love the clear blue sky and green palm trees, as well as the harsh constrast between the street in the shadow and the illuminated tower. Super nice.
