Strawberries, Taufkirchen, Bavaria

The story behind the image

Earlier this year I showed you a picture of the strawberry field in Taufkirchen, Germany, which is near our home in Unterhaching. This image shows the result: freshly hand-picked strawberries. They glow in a deep satured red, and the color on the photo is very very similar to reality. Which is why I like this photo so much.

The only sad thing is, that the strawberries never last very long. They are so tasty and juicy that they are gone within a few days. Then again, there may still be some available on that same field. So, where is my bicycle? 🙂
