The story behind the image
When exploring the North of Vancouver Island in British Columbia (probably while on your way to Port Hardy to catch a ferry), please make sure to stop-by at Telegraph Cove. It’s a small, beautiful community where the most houses have been erected on stilts. You can book whale watching tours here, simply relax at a café or visit the traditional general store.
We had booked our accomodation for Port Hardy already but would have loved to stay at Telegraph Cover for a night to experience the tranquility of the seaside and the fresh, tasty air. Well, I guess next time we’ll stay here.
