The story behind the image
I was asked to do a business trip to Mexico City – a week in the metropolis of Central America. The company booked a nice hotel (Sheraton Maria Isabel) and the adventure could begin. It began with a terrible jet lag, and I was fully awake at 4 am in the morning. Once I saw the view from my room, however, I was glad about this jet lag. Zillions of tiny lights illuminated the city and my tiny point-and-shoot could capture these in a very long exposure quite well.
