The story behind the image
A while ago I blogged about our sunset excursion at the Sossusvlei Lodge. Here’s another image from that trip, this time shot with the professional gear from a high viewpoint on the rocks. It communicates a feeling of emptiness without loneliness. It’s not even farmland but pure, unspoilt nature. The 4×4 and its track in the sand are the only hints for civilization. Breathtaking.
