The story behind the image
We stayed for two nights in Jasper, Alberta, to explore the area. One of the must-see attractions is Mount Edith Cavell which is just a short drive away from Jasper (about 40 minutes). We went up to the foot of the mountain to find this awesome view: the water of the adjacient glacier lake with its icy blue colors.
I like this photo so much because the hiker acts as a reference to show the massive size of the lake and the mountain. The restricted color set is also nice.
