The story behind the image
Today, my father would have celebrated his 83rd birthday.
So I selected an image from the family archive. It originates from a photo box, probably located in Kiel, Germany, where we made a series of four selfies. The photos are not well focused and pretty small but I like the positive mood that comes across. We apparently had a good time, and I remember my father to be like that: an optimistic, friendly person. When he died way too early in 1983, it broke my heart.
I will always love him.
