The story behind the image
This is the back of a 1964 Chevrolet Nova SS that I saw 2009 in Digby, Nova Scotia, Canada. It was an old lady then, but certainly in good condition. The sign of the original dealer – MacDonald Motors Digby Ltd. – suggests that the car has never really left the region.
I really like the green metallic painting and the sturdiness suggested by the metal bumper. I remember the time when all cars had these bumpers (instead of the plastic covered bumpers we usually see today.)
