The story behind the image
Just 15 km north of Lagos in Portugal you will find the Barragem da Bravura, a reservoir with a huge dam. When we were visiting the dam in 1988, I could not resist to take a wide angle photo (probably at 24 mm focal length) of the dam. I remember that this was quite a hot day, and we were pretty exhausted by the heat. And we felt relief by the (warm) wind that was blowing at the top of the dam.
