The story behind the image
Back in 2006 there was a period where I was doing cross country skiing. One day Petra joined me while I was excercising. During that hour she explored the surroundings of my track at Ettal and took my camera, and here’s one of the excellent photos.
The image is almost straight from the camera, and I love its (in the truest sense of the word) cool look, the cold blue of the mountain shadows. Very, very nice.
