The story behind the image
I know that zoos are important as they show wild animals to kids and their parents to make them aware of the endless wonders of nature. Yet to see them in a rather small cherish makes me sad.
The wild park in Allensbach near Konstanz takes good care of their animals, and this beautiful lynx was enjoying its nap in the shadow on a really hot day in summer. everything about it is impressive: the size, the fine hairs at the top of the ears, the beautiful fur, the giant paws.
Thanks to the large image size of the EOS M6 Mark II, I could crop away the fence that was obstructing the frame and still end up with a decent image. Nice.
