The story behind the image
Not much of a story here. As part of a product shooting I had the opportunity to shoot some rare black platform shoes. In addition to the traditional product photos I wanted to do something different and show them as an object of art. So I opened the aperture to the widest setting (2.8) and got really close to the rhinestones that were lining up at the back of the heel. Lovely.
