The story behind the image
We had booked a two week trip to El Gouna in Egypt. Once checked-in, we were greeted with THIS amazing view. Sure, we had seen the photos in the catalogue, but we were simply stunned to see it in reality. I pulled out the little Sony point-and-shoot camera to capture the scenery. Even today, 17 years later this image is still breathtaking (apart from the weak resolution).
