The story behind the image
When we finally left San Francisco to discover the beauty of the Highway Number 1, the clouds from the previous days were gone and the sun was shining brightly. So, our first stop was Baker Beach on the western side of the bridge.
Of course, I had to take a photo of the iconic bridge. I like the reflections in the water, the dominating blue colors and even the slight mist that reduces the contrast on the left hand side of the image. (Not a big fan of the crane and construction works on the right hand side of the image, though.)
After this photo, I knew that the rest of Highway Number One would be fabulous, a magnificient photo trip.
