The story behind the image
For a coule of years I’ve adopted the habit of running frequently. And vacations usually do not make a difference. I pack the running shoes and run 5 to 10 km in the morning. This enables me to enjoy the silence of the early morning hours before traffic sets in and shops open their doors.
During our summer trip to Bansin in Germany I was lucky to have a beautiful track (from Bansin to Ahlbeck, and back) right by the Baltic Sea. Before my run I went to the beach and admired the sunrise. This one was awesome, and I was even more motivated to do the run.
P.S.: The run was 6.04 km, 30:09 minutes, 4:59 pace. More here.
