The story behind the image
The other day I applied a contemporary postcard look to some of the images of Carl Haas. I like the results so much that I tried this look for one of my postcard shots of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco.
And guess what? I still like the look! 😉
I captured this view on the day we left San Francisco to discover the beauty of Highway Number 1. Our first stop on the western side of the bridge was Baker Beach. This wide angle shot is probably one of my favorites, even if it is a popular location and composition. Okay, “popular” seems to be the understatement of the year.
After this photo, I knew that the rest of Highway Number One would be fabulous, a magnificient photo trip.
And this assumption was true.
