The story behind the image
In 2004 we traveled Switzerland for a week. We started in Zurich, made a stop in Berne to visit some friends, and concluded the trip in Luzern, a very old town located at the Vierwaldstätter See.
Somewhere along the route I found a souvenir shop offering (next to Swiss chocolate and coffee mugs with the Swiss national flag) miniature cow bells. All lined up neatly, their golden color shimmered nicely in the sun. The large aperture blurred the background nicely and put the focus on the first cow bell featuring the ultimate kitsch painting.
Not a great shot, but still nice. 🙂
