The story behind the image
In the summer of 2023, there was a big wheel installed at the beach promenade of Grömitz in Germany. Its key feature (in my mind) was the awesome illumination after sunset. Even better it could show the full spectrum of colors, and there were some great moving animations, including the word ‘GRÖMITZ’ and the silhouette of a dancing lady (think James Bond style.)
One evening, we walked along the beach around sunset time, and the dancing lady was being displayed. The background was nice, and I captured the magic.
Subtle, but very, very nice.
