The story behind the image
Sometimes, just sometimes you spot something really beautiful that calls for an immediate photo. Something that sits between a snapshot and a well-planned photo. That’s because the photo opportunity does not vanish within seconds, but it’s not well-planned either.
This is one of those shots. After a rainshower in the early morning, several drops had formed on a large grass in front of our house. I had been preparing the camera for another shooting later that day, so I had it ready and just captured this beautiful scene with my 100mm Macro lens.
The wide open aperture created a super nice blur and the entire frame consists just shades of green. As a bonus, there is a bit of copyspace at the top of the frame.
Nice.
