The story behind the image
Back in 2007 I was excited to capture the (then) brand new Airbus A380 during his visit of Munich. I was ahead of time and took several images of the planes arriving and departing.
I especially like this image of a Lufthansa Airbus A320-200 because of its perfectly frontal view of the plane. The hangar in the back almost looks like a mathematical grid, suggesting precision and further adding to the technical look of the composition.
I did not record the registration, though. We could get that information from looking up the exact time, but why bother? I still like the image as it is.
Wikipedia has an excellent article on the Airbus A320 family.
