The story behind the image
A walk through the Westpark in Munich, Germany, is beautiful. The park is off the typical tourist magnets – English Garden, Olympic Park, and the Isar River – but it has something for everyone. You get large meadows that can be used for sports or just flying your kite, and the trails are perfect for runs of almost any distance. You can visit a historic Bavarian barn as well as several temples from Asia. There are beer gardens, several playgrounds and lots of flowers. The perfect place for relaxation.
When we visited the park on a nice day in autumn, people were enjoying the sun and also populated the greens with their kites.
