The story behind the image
As you know, I love to run, usually in the early morning to enjoy the peace, the silence and the (often) incredible mood! On many days my track leads along the lake of the Sportpark in Unterhaching, just because it is very close to our home and many of my tracks pass this pond.
A couple of weeks ago I expected a beautiful sunrise and took my mobile phone just in case I would encounter a beautiful scene. And indeed, the rising sun was lurking through the trees and illuminated the mist over the pond beautifully. The phone apparently applied some HDR effects on the image which resulted in an even more dramatic and colorful image.
