The story behind the image
Here’s a funny shot from Munich. On my way home I drove through the Olympic Park in Munich, Germany, and was baffled to see a soccer field drawn onto the meadow of the Olympic Hill, complete with goals! As you can see, there is one tiny issue with this field: the hill is so steep that it would be impossible to play a soccer match here.
The goals indicate that this was installed by the city of Munich as an eye-catcher for the visitors of the park. And, of course, it worked well.
What a fabulous and unique idea!
