The story behind the image
Back in September 2008 I received my brand new Canon 1Ds Mark III body, and one of the first things I did was shoot an image of the camera with the default lens attached, a Canon EF 50mm 1:1.4 lens. The camera and I were a perfect match, a friendship that lastest until I got my Canon 1D mark IV, a body that had less pixels (and thus, less storage requirements) but that could should faster. Of course, I messed the full size sensor a bit but the smaller sensor of the 1D mark IV could be cleaned easier and faster.
Still, a lot of nice memories associated with this body.
