The story behind the image
18 years ago I stood on the bridge connecting the Olympic Park in Munich, Germany, with the Olympic Village, to capture a photo I had always wanted to shoot: the headquarters of BMW during the blue hour. The traffic rushed by, and the 12-second exposure blurred the lights of the cars. I remember that I was wondering how many of these cars were actually BMWs? I guess quite a lot, because BMW is a popular brand in Munich.
Lovely.
