The story behind the image
While I usually post landscape photos, today I’d like to share a beautiful portrait of Petra. I took it somewhere along the Icefields Parkway in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, probably near the Columbia Icefield.
I like this image for so many tiny details: the strong wind tosses her auburn hair around, her awesome smile that still makes me melt away, the light of the car that passes in the back, the combination of blue sky (on the left) and green mountain scrub and trees (on the right).
I love the image. And I love Petra. 🙂
