The story behind the image
As soon as we had checked-in at our hotel in Las Vegas, the Treasure Island, we went on a discovery walk. It was late afternoon and the sun produced that beautiful soft light that dips the scene in deep, warm orange colors.
I did my first shots in Las Vegas from the pedestrian bridge right in front of the hotel: a view into Las Vegas Boulevard South. On the left you can see the edge of the mighty tower of The Venetian. In the back are The Bellagio and Caesar’s Palace. Finally, on the right The Mirage (now closed.)
I love the clear blue sky and green palm trees, the harsh constrast between the street in the shadow. The bright red traffic lights and braking lights of the cars add nice highlights.
Super nice.
