The story behind the image
We stayed in Malcesine in Italy for a couple of days which is the perfect location for exploring both Lake Garda and the towns in the area. One day we drove to Pesciera del Garda at the southern end of the lake and enjoyed a long walk through the town center, along the historic fortress and the nearby channels.
I captured this photo from the Lungolago Giuseppe Garibaldi. In the back you can see the bridge Il Ponte Dei Fiori.
It was just end of March but temperatures were significantly higher than in Munich, Germany, so we had a taste of summer already.
Lake Garda? Always a good destination!
