The story behind the image
When we visited a riding stable near Munich in Germany there was a lot of clean straw stacked next to the main entrance, and some of the straw was lying in front of the stack. The light was perfect and so – for no specific reason – I captured this.
As you know, I like reduced color spaces and simplistic images. But wait! This photo is far from simplistic. In fact, it is quite complex. Not a single straw is identical to its neighbor. They are all unique. This make the image attractive (to me.)
