The story behind the image
I have been fascinated by photovoltaic solar panels for a long time as they put out the huge promise of independence. In 2016 I encountered large PV grid near Finkenstein in Austria. It consisted of 81 panels that were mounted to the roof of a large garage.
As the sky was completely clear, I opted for an angle that just put the solar panels and the blue sky into the frame. Sadly, I could not grab all 81 panels but still it looks impressive.
Still, it is a nice image for those who write about or promote photovoltaic power and who need some copyspace.
