The story behind the image
We had booked a two week trip to El Gouna in Egypt. It was winter in Europe, but in Egypt temperatures were mild. And the hotel had looked soo good in the catalogue. Being a sceptic, I wanted to see it by myself before praising it. I was stunned by the fact that the reality looked even better than on the promotional photos. Even today, two decades later I love the memories of this vacation.
