The story behind the image
The Scottish coast between Fraserburgh and Elgin is extremely beautiful. You’ll have beaches, towns, cliffs, secluded villages, lighthouses, golf courses. Countless photo stops slowed us down, so it took us almost a day to get from Rattray Head to Elgin, a distance of just 70 miles!
This wide angle photo, probably shot from the former railroad bridge, shows Cullen Bay with its huge beach that sits between Cullen and Portknockie in the distance.
Very nice.
