The story behind the image
We visited friend in Erding, Germany, and they took us to their prolonged advent market (renamed to Wintermärchenmarkt (lit. ‘winter fairytale market’) which is quite nice. On the way to the market, the friends took us to one of the “best kept secrets of Erding”, the Heilig-Geist Spitalkirche in Landshuter Straße 12. It’s a secret, because you wouldn’t suspect a tiny, cozy church behind the rather simple steel door on the street.
