The story behind the image
The best man had arranged a stunning BMW for the wedding day: a 2006 BMW 750Li. After all, the bride’s dress required a lot of space, and the groom was a car nerd, so with this car both were very happy. The weather had cleared up, and now the sun was peeking through the clouds. Which was excellent, because earlier that day dark clouds prevented decent shots.
I like to capture details like these during a busy wedding day, because I want the couple to enjoy later what otherwise might get lost on their great day.
By the way, the original file delivered to the couple did include the number plate which I cropped away here deliberately for data protection reasons.
