The story behind the image
On my trip to Mexico City I also walked along the large avenues of the city. During one of these walks I discovered the headquarters of CFE, the Comisión Federal de Electricidad (Federal Electricity Commission) is the state-owned electric utility of Mexico.
I was stunned by the bright colors of the building. The red decor worked extremely well with the blue glass. This was a brave move by both the architects and the client – but it works so well!
I love it.
