The story behind the image
Vancouver in British Columbia has a rich maritime history. So, erecting their conference center Canada Place near the harbour was a good idea. But its architecture is truly awesome as it resembles a tall ship. The architects even added large sails to the roof top, underlining this uniqueness.
In this photo, I captured a motor yacht on Burrard Inlet as it leaves the harbour.
Wanna see more? Here’s the fantastic skyline of the city, and Canada Place is most certainly an eye catcher.
