The story behind the image
In Paris we walked from the Abbesses Metro station up to the Montmartre quarter with its tiny shops, the large Place du Tertre with countless artists, and – of course – the basilica Sacré-Cœur.
At the corner of Rue Drevet and Rue Gebrielle we found the restaurant Les Rendez-vous des Amis. Its exquisite exterior design immediately grabbed my attention. It was still afternoon, but the lights had already been switched on, creating a coziness that is rare in such a large city. Just like you’d expect when to meet friends (as the name of the restaurant suggests.)
A very nice detail.
