The story behind the image
As mentioned before, all the towns and villages at Lake Garda in Northern Italy offer a unique flair and countless opportunities for nice photos.
This photo shows a small detail I found at the exterior walls of the Quirini Fortress, near the entrance to the Antico porto di Peschiera, the historic harbour of the town. It’s a painting in a shrine that has been integrated into the walls. The red flowers add a certain freshness (but I can’t say whether these are man-made flowers).
