The story behind the image
We explored the south west of the island of Mallorca and found a generally attractive region. There are rather quiet villages like Sant Elm, glitzy yacht harbours like Port Andratx, secluded bays like Camp del Mar, and very few villages that I call ‘victims of the 70s’. Like Santa Ponça.
Here we see the coast opposite of the main village of Santa Ponça. And it looks beautiful on this photo. Because you can’t see the concrete towers. Still, we enjoyed the views across the bay and along the shore.
A nice place for taking a break.
