The story behind the image
Yesterday I shared an image of the Piazza del Duomo in Colle di Val d’Elsa. Here’s a picture of Colle Alta, the oldest quarter of the town with the historic Concattedrale dei Santi Alberto e Marziale from 1603.
I took this image from the viewpoint at the Piazza S. Caterina, which is conveniently located right above the parking lots for the Centro Storico.
A lovely place to be.
